Competition Law The body of law, which deals with market behaviour of corporate, and business entities and industrial organisation and structure. It deals with a standard set of prohibitions and issues, including contracts in restraint of trade, exclusive dealing, mergers and acquisitions, and price discrimination. May also be referred to as “restrictive trade practices law”. (1) |
